You may pay for your order online using a Visa® or MasterCard®. When you place an order through the ECB-Photography on-line store, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the ECB-Photography on-line store is an offer to purchase our products. ECB-Photography on-line store may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by ECB-Photography on-line store until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Quantity Limitations

The ECB-Photography on-line store may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. ECB-Photography on-line store may reject any order, or any part of an order.

Electronic Communication

When you place an order through the ECB-Photography on-line store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that ECB-Photography will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colors

ECB-Photography attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, ECB-Photography cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

Pricing and Product Information

Information relating to ECB-Photography products is subject to change without notice. Online store prices and our physical store prices may be different. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with ECB-Photography, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, ECB-Photography will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Shipping

All orders are usually shipped within two business days of receipt, Monday through Friday. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than ten (10) days after the date of your order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. We are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

Sales Tax

ECB Photography collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made by residents of the state of Florida or if the product is shipped to an address within the state of Florida. Shipments outside Florida do not include sales and/or use taxes. If assessed, sales and use taxes on shipments outside Florida are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Policy

You may return any product purchased through the ECB Photography on-line store within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective, you may contact us at 941-828-7403 to obtain return instructions.
